The formula - algebra - does not make sense:

You wrote:

A = 100,000 * 8.5. = $85,000. It doesn’t it = $850,000 which means your B-A = $15,000/5 = 3000 would be incorrect.

Unless you’re calling A his original 10,000 warrants.

Also if they’ve diluted twice, the original strike price of $8.40 would not be used.

Unsure but our warrants should not equal roughly 1/3 in shares when exercised. That’d make no sense at all.
