Do you think it'd be a filing agent? But even that's weird. A filing agent who'd worked for those companies ten years ago and more?

Someone who works for Edgar? But these scams haven't been all that lucrative. Would it be worth the risk? I think if someone at Edgar were found to be corrupt, the SEC would do what it could to see to it he was criminally prosecuted.
