New legislation is being proposed by two US Senators that would stop the Federal Government from interfering with States that have legalized pot. The bill is being introduced by Elizabeth Warren of Mass. and a Republican Senator ( Can recall name) from Colorado. The bill does not legalize pot it just leaves it to the individual States to decide what is best for their state. This could open up some State Chartered Banks to lend where before raising capital was difficult. It will also eliminate a risk factor for investors that currently is in play which could potentially ruin pot investments. Could happen soon and I think Trump would sign it. The Fed could still be a factor if the pot is shipped across state line. Having cultivation facilities in each state is going to be the way to go!
