That's not true, many 1.00 stocks go way up. For instance I bought a big block of shares of a biotech stock at 1.40 in April 2017 and it has gone up 1000 %. Its all documented on this site if you don't believe me.
When Jeff session steps down and cannabis is rescheduled I can see this TRTC going from 1.40 to 12.00 like the stock I'm in now. I am waiting to re enter when I think Trump Fires jeffy Sessions.

BTW How's that stock you're in doing that went down 900 % since you bought it ?
