The market size for Brilacidin is why I anticipate a deal. I won't consider Prurisol until we see ph2b psoriasis trial results. Any day now.

Putting a value on a company just isn't as simple as you make it out to be. Especially, while the company is in such a cash poor state. I'd look at all of this differently and expect top dollar if the company was negotiating from a point of strength with cash available to move forward on it's own.

In the meantime, I'd be very happy to see the company take double digit millions up front and retain royalty rights. Or, a buyout. Either one works for me.

Let's just hope multiple companies want to partner or buy the company. That would move the price upwards.

We both appear to expect the same things... price is the big question and, I'm hoping you are right.
