Really? What did I just tell you? The permit is only one aspect of the process, and it does not actually get transferred to you until you are able to commence operations and you can not commence operations until you have the funding. So yes, they have a permit that is available to them, provided they have the funding to carry out the project. This is why you and I don't have permits to take LNG out of the Gulf.
