[Dead On Arrival]

This has been a exhausting investment for some of us as we have to give generalized reports to a whole slew of investors on a weekly basis. I believed I was doing a good deed recommending this stock to a wide spectrum of people but it has become a pain in the *** and I am retiring from stock tips.

Take this for what it is worth:

1) We have a terrific management team and they put their heart and soul into making this company a winner.

2) Getting a large package done for financing requires a ton of bargaining and putting a time limit on an agreement is impossible.

3) Mark Smith has staked his reputation,completed countless travel trips,and put up an impressive amount of his own personal capital to make this work. Let me know another junior miner that has a CEO who has given this much time and effort and I will invest there.

4) Is there a chance we do not receive financing. Of course because nothing is certain. That being said, I do know that we are in the running for a great deal and Mark will get us there. I also did an extensive amount of DD and believe that this will be a very profitable investment. The ones here that know me from personal discussions and friendships can take this last statement to the bank. This is going to be a big winner for the ones that can afford a little risk.

5) Some of you have never met the team. I have been fortunate to have that pleasure and it was worth a long trip to meet them.

6)It is right to be frustrated with the current situation as we wait but the end result will be worth it.
