Less than one month after President Trump took office we suffered a terrible loss in the Collins DC Court of Appeals. As Tim Howard said this loss pushed any administrative action several months down the road. Congress put a provision in the omnibus spending to prevent any action.
Then in late 2017 congress said that 2018 was to be the year they were going to have Housing reform.
Then in mid 2018 Housing reform failed we were too close to the midterms to make the move.
Sometime after the midterms thru summer of 2019 action will be taken.
