People are loading up now in hope and prayer that this next court case will break the camels back and start the flood of other cases rulings on our behalf, but we have seen hundreds of cases before against the government violating the constitution by stealing funds from Fannie and Freddie and their shareholders and the courts continue to uphold congress right to violate our constitutional law. Its all BS now, our country is not run by law abiding citizens but by law breaking citizens in congress and the courts who cannot even do what they were hired to do is uphold the constitutional law as it was written over 200 year ago. If they did, they would have ruled on the hundreds of GSE cases on behalf of the shareholders and released Fannie and Freddie from this eternal theft of funds prison known as the Concervatorship.
So what is new. The people who are buying on a hope and prayer that we move significantly is now amounted to a big joke on them and us the shareholders. When I stand and solute our beloved US flag it does not stand for Truth and Justice but a buddy system that upholds criminal lawlessness behavior by congress of systematically committing theft of property belonging to Fannie and Freddie and their shareholders. This is despicable shameful act that congress is allowed by many courts to continue to rape and pillage Fannie and Freddie funds every quarter and leave the shareholder with nothing.
When they do the right thing and stop this slow bleeding of our property then and only then will I have a different opinion on our so called great country that affords everyone equal right to succeed and profit in this business world.
Sorry to say this, I am sure most investors feel as I do. I just hope the majority of people in this country can be educated by this criminal act of congress and can act in the voting booth to correct this travesty of justice.
