I don't have much insight. If I'm Crenshaw, I want to make money on my investment beyond what I'm currently receiving. I'm assuming they were okay with the US sale, and that with a stronger balance sheet they may be able to actually make money. At some point, I expect they'll also announce another significant sale. It's not like the industry is still slumping.
