So the court says that shareholders are the rightful owners of the company. Doesn’t that make shareholders aligned with Trustee? There are 60 million shares out there. I noticed that short -sell volume spiked last month. Does anyone on this board have an idea on what evidence was being presented? Are these guys ( plaintiffs) trying to get paid from debtors or are they trying to avoid paying something they may owe to debtors? I’m confused.
