¨Would you expect that that statement contemplated the use of sachets in a Phase 3 trial versus a new Phase 2 trial? BTW,"Sure as hell doesn't mean it doesn't work" seems spot on, but is that the perspective you would expect the FDA to take in terms of clinical trials?¨

Good questions. Is it possible that they run a 3 arm phase 3 trial?
Arm 1- swish and spit, arm 2- B sachets, arm 3- placebo?

Just a thought.
