I have an agenda. Everybody does but mine is getting some strait answers to some simple questions.
I have been cordial and presented facts. I do not formulate opinions quickly. Even with your elusive behavior I have still not come to any conclusions about Indoor Harvest or written any negative comments for that matter. I have not presented any opinions just simple one sentence facts that can be verified by anybody.
You sir have deflected and failed to answer some simple questions about some of your SEC filings and your office arrangements. You fire your CFO for cause but will not let the public know the cause. I apologize if this is some SEC criminal action that you cannot discuss.
You have contradicted a person who has no cause to lie to me by making her statements false. That is rude and disrespectful. Ashley answered my questions honestly and without malice. She didn't say anything negative or present you or Indoor Harvest in a negative light.
You defend a person who has been caught driving drunk 3 times over the course of 7 years. I haven't said anything negative about this man. I've never met him. He could be a great person with a terrible disease.
Then i think about my kids and the few friends I lost to a drunks drivers. Having a bad spell is one thing. Driving under the influence is not defensible after your 3rd in 7 years. He had two arrests before he worked with indoor harvest and one during his tenure.
How many other times did he put my kids and I guess your children in danger while just going thru a 7 year bad spell? That's a person who suffers from chronic bad decision making.
I have children older than you so I'm going to say just one thing to you son. Professionals don't hire people who have 3 DWI arrests; no matter the legal outcome; to represent their PUBLIC company. This isn't failing to file your taxes or cheating on your wife.
Second Indoor is in the "Medical Cannabis" business. If you want governments to take this seriously and i do. Then you need to up your game. Texas laws stink on this issue don't make it worse.
When you get caught with an employee, director or board member who brings this level of negative attention to the company you let them go. I'm not trying to be harsh but this is serious business. Having bad spells doesn't bring in the Investors or respect for the industry as a whole. So I would appreciate it if you would take your tone down a bit and think before you speak son. I'm not the enemy.
