Can we agree that it was not "dumping" shares when they used the sale to access the capital from LPC? We should once again recall that this access to capital is not only necessary to fund R&D but that it also means Elite incurs no additional debt. That is something that is never mentioned....Elite is not falling into debt. In fact, with little debt, Elite is more attractive to a buyer.
