BLLB = SMEV the prequel

I'm adding BLLB to the list


While researching this SMEV hijacking and following the crumbs I found BLLB


BLLB looks like the same group that is involved in the SMEV scam because it follows basically the same M.O.

In February BLLB had its Florida business entity reinstated after 10 years of being abandonded

Notice how in the reinstatement filing this Andre S. Jaberian (who is probably a fictional person) used the old address of the company at 17961 Biscayne Blvd Suite B-1 Aventura, Florida from 10 years prior (just like Brian Matthews did with SMEV)

Andre S Jabrian also used the old company attorney, Ronny Halperin for the rienstatement filing.

I'm willing to bet any amount of money that Ronny Halperin (the attorney listed as the Resident Agent for the reinstatement) doesn't even know his name was used. Ronny Halperin was banned by the SEC a few years ago, banned by OTC markets, and disbarred by Florida Bar. He hasn't been active since.



Then an 8K was filed (just like with SMEV)
