Wouldn't like to have to go to the boss and say we blew a potentially major drug acquisition because we delayed payment a few weeks or months.

Multiple suitors, so how does a BP not know that if they play games they could lose big. All goes down to how big they figure our drugs will become.

I don't see any way they could not know how varied the applications for B appear to be and if P results come in strong, same state of affairs for a second drug.

That is why I believe we give some assurance to the first deal maker that by being the first they will hold a preferred position for all later indications such as having last opportunity to bid.

Lots of ways Leo can leverage our strengths against the strengths the BPs may think they hold so the end game is not as one sided as some make it appear IMO
