Sounds like wasted money but Invictus would probably blame missed milestones for flat campaign and that's definitely legitimate. Add in the fact that no explanation was given ( missed milestones) , insiders own most of shares so pretty much no voting rights? It's was still a penny stock once it traded on Nasdaq Cap. but we've lost half of SP since then .Maybe a broader PR campaign is legally dependent on CE approval and certainly dependent on more serious money joining in . I'm not sure of the legality of marketing or even promoting a medical device that's not yet officially been granted a CE mark regardless of prior approval of other devices by same company, I could definitely see that rubbing many people the wrong way in various ruling bodies . For the record I'm a longtime shareholder who has only added to my position and never sold .
