To clarify. I went by your office and had a long conversation with Ashley L (Friar Tuck). Very nice lady likes to talk too. She told me you moved out all of your office equipment, computers, servers and have not been back. You do not have anything there except a unsecured mailbox and some old office furniture.
She said an employee named Reese and your IT guy cleared everything out in July.

OH and the office smells like rotten wine. Its rancid. You have to experience it to believe it. So gross in the TEXAS heat.
Friar Tuck dries out used barley from making beer to use as feed stock. The place smelled so bad it made me sick.
I'm positive you have never spent more that 5 minutes in that nasty place and i guarantee you have never taken a client or had a meeting in that environment. The office is gross rodent dropping and pee smell too. It was a big turn off. The area is so bad the Pawn shop moved and Friar tuck is the only operating business in that space.

I did some SEC digging and found that you put in a request for withdraw (RW) with the SEC over your May 31st S1 filings. Can you explain this? Can you explain why you fired the CFO? The previous filings indite she was implementing internal controls and fired after the S1 for cause. Can you explain why your fired the CMO (Sandra)? Why did you withdraw the filing? What's going on with you guys? None of it looks good on the surface.
