Possibly a possible conversion of warrant to common, sell and take in by market maker.

IMHO this stock is a screaming buy at this level. Products are being deployed rapidly.

Look at Cyberkey CKYS and notice what is happening with their stock price with unaudited financials. CKYS is buying products from Sequiam and reselling.
