Its a pump and dump stock. Insiders are controlling the bid and doing wash sales where the insiders are both the buyers and the sellers. When this happens it gives the appearance of real volume but in reality it is just insiders trading between themselves. That is why its an illegal practice. It gives the false appearance of investor interest. The insiders are then slowly selling shares to unsuspecting buyers. BUT....once the insiders have sold all their shares they will remove the fake bid support and the stock will collapse like COCM. Thats why that happens. Make sense?
