I'm assuming it was a combo of that and this thing not moving on news. It looks like the numbers match up. Remember they got those shares in July so they were able to unload some during those days of volume. Most likely they will convert more after the R/S, Arthur will wipe out some debt and the toxics will sell it off before retail's shares are unfrozen. It will be a nice quick drop down to trips again. Another "news" release later in the year then Arthur can convert his stash to pay himself out. Then he will chalk it up to another unfortunate failed venture.
