I think the share price has already factored in the news of a 1.4 billion share reduction. It's hard to notice when a stock has billions of shares outstanding.

Even if SB comes thru there probably won't be a reaction. If he doesn't come thru that is where a sell off could occur.

SB has made a lot of promises and optimistic forecasts. He has three weeks to polish up the financials. IMO he will hold off releasing anything until the last possible minute based on past history.
