I am not sure about Chad personally. Why does he matter? Dan W is the CEO.

Here are the facts. I personally know that they have an office and that another company is using the space. I know that their SEC filings reflect the fact that it is their office legally. I was told some interesting facts but it would be improper to say anything that cannot be backed up with hard facts. I encourage any investor to drive by the office and make sure its real and the company is on the up and up if possible. That goes for any investment when possible. For penny stocks its a must.
