The most ridiculous price action. It gets punished by negative articles which state that their debt ratio is somewhat high. It gets punished if the company states they might lower dividends to pay down debt and fix properties. It gets punished if they sell properties above stated value to again pay down debts. There is nothing they can do right. If its short sellers, I'll be happy to take their money in a month when they pay into the dividend.
