The fruad is clear and present. If company officials are supplying information to select investors without disclosing public then insider information is present. According to posted statements a select few are recieveng phone calls and emails from company officials with financial, meetings, document filings etc. Some even tuant others that they have secret information and that others need to do own DD. Cut and dry if you ask me without question.
