Re: The rest of the story.
Lets try and address the points brought up for the benefit of new shareholders and any other parties interested in the potential that Ming already sees in TURV.

Ming has taken this long to respond since in a quest for accuracy, he consulted the company several times and also spoke at length with an expert on Colorado water rights not affiliated with the company.

Firstly, changing water rights from agricultural to municipal uses is done all the time. Application to the Water Court takes two months to get on the docket at present and six more months for the hearing date. This process has already begun with reference to the Orlando Reservoir which is the only active reservoir in the lower basin. Once approved, three taps per acre foot at $6500 per tap can be installed on 1800 acre feet. The developer provides the pumping station, pipeline and any other such necessities. It is estimated that 300 to 500 taps can be installed next year. At 300 taps that's $1,950,000. At 500 taps that's $3,250,000. All told 1800 acre feet x 3 taps = 5400 taps are contemplated at present.

The rebuilding of the Cucharas dam being a subject for litigation will not now be addressed on a public message board. Suffice it to say Ming was presented with a logical and doable solution to resolve any impediment to bringing that to a successful and profitable conclusion.
