Do some basic research about business NDAs and SEC confidentiality agreements. Every PR is monitored by the SEC to make sure confidentiality agreements between 2 business partners are adhered to. If the other business partner has a standing NDA with Arrayit, then Arrayit cannot name them pubilicly in the PR yet until their lawyers have cleared it. Many reasons - competitors could use that information negatively or strategically stop the deal from happening.
