If it helps valuation of hemp, I work in a supplement company as a purchaser and get hemp products all the time. And, Although CBD oils are a bit higher price, my wholesale cost for organic Hemp Protein 50% ( which is the highest %) is between $10-$12 dollars per Kilo, so about $5 a pound. Hemp seed oil is $15.00 per kg so about $7 a pound. Both of those are processed and concentrated from hemp, so I would assume the actual value of just/only hemp is waaay cheaper per pound.. as in a few cents a pound, if oil is only $7 a pound and that oil has to come from HEAPS of seeds.
