Doog, I agree, Odidi should have partnered long ago. However, the reason I say things may be different this time is his back is against the wall.

before he would reject the offer and just dilute to raise funds saying he wont give away the drug. That time has come to an end. The next time he dilutes he is not just giving away the drug he is giving away the entire company!

lets face it if greed is his motive he is still looking out for himself and not losing control. That would force him to ink the deals he has been holding back on.

I feel the RS vote was needed as a precaution and may still happen, but that alone is nothing to really worry about. If it comes with an offering, I can not believe Boyd would walk away from his investment and let it go. He would know he could buy it up and take control.

Its like I said with the class action. I may not like it but I would rather be the bus driver and able to control it. I feel Boyd would do the same. He may not like what has happened but he wouldn't walk away from the 8 million he has already invested. he would just invest more and become the bus driver.

Odidi knows this too which is why I think he has been trying to ink something and why we have not heard of any offering before now even though he is in serious need of cash.

I'm just trying to do as always and get inside the opposite sides head to determine what they are thinking. I may be wrong. only time will tell.
