That's odd that there is one sentence in reporting the results for the 2nd quarter - but oddly CVSI didn't file a 8-K to announce a attempt to uplist.

This would be a material event that requires a desperate 8-K.

Nasdaq must be alerted to CVSI and their accounting fraud and toxic financing.

There isn't a specific date provided - just more pumping fodder.
