CDIX News! My colleague received an email response back from Alex the CDIX CEO. He had written him to see about bringing in some legit financing. While some of the email I blocked out for confidentiality reasons, there was one key line in the email that I think bodes well for what is coming. For once I am actually encouraged....I hope this is ok to post.
If one or both of these acquisitions he alludes to happens it should mean great things for the stock. The current market cap at .0026 is near $500 K. You cannot go wrong buying here imo. It was just .025 a month ago after the Platinum acquisition. Current value of the stock is over 10 cents BEFORE these next 2 acquisitions with OTCQB status, and over $7 M in revs and $1 M EBITDA. With them? Do the math.

We have a plan. We are building a real company and have a lot in play but it takes time. The conversions and related shorter activities are short term. We have neutralized our biggest 2 converters, had a third party buy and table another big note, had several have converted out. All these notes have been in our prior filings, fully disclosed. The funding has enabled us to grow the company to over 4 times its size last year. We are in 2 very serious late stage potential acquisition conversations. Potential Gamechangers. Everyone involved understands the share price; the sellers and the lenders.
