A co-op space makes perfect sense. It keeps overhead low, it gives a physical address for mail. It provides a space for meetings. Today as many companies go Global and most employees work from home offices around the world you don't need office space. Think about it, if they are international, and 90% of their time is spent traveling why pay rent?
