I think they are holding back news. Something big happened and they are hinting at it in their press releases. I think we are going to see some big numbers once the name change is complete. They did not increase the amount of shares with the name change filings. They also did not file for a reverse split. Share structure is staying the same.
Once the name change is complete they should release some big numbers or news so it is linked to the new name and not lost under the old ticker.

This is my opinion..
But look at the last few press release.
Other forms of financing.
dropping the word Foods from the Verus name. Verus International, Inc
Other forms of distribution.
recent World cup.
event-driven retailing

I think the news machine will start after the change and we will get the big announcements. I'm happy taking all the shares I can at these prices.
