NO DOUBT BREAKING THROUGH .31 HAS BECOME A MAJOR OBSTACLE FOR POTN, DOESN'T APPEAR IT WILL BE HAPPENING ANYTIME SOON.

THERE SEEMS TO BE MAJOR SELLERS WHO HAVE PREVENTED THE SP FROM PENETRATING THAT VERY IMPORTANT RESISTANCE LEVEL, WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE HOW THIS PLAYS OUT.
