I know QR is not a superior technology. From a marketers standpoint the ability to dynamically link a code based on whose phone is querying is a superior solution, but the MS solution may be effective from the whole myspace standpoint. I was reading the patents though and I think that the earlier patents may cover some of this if it comes down to it from a blocking patent standpoint. The patent that brew references though that explicitly talks about mobile phones does require it go to a resolution server. Thoughts from others besides brewskih?
