Another poor CC for SPIN.

Too much detail about medical procedures that nobody cares about rather than detailed discussion about the business and how it's going to grow.

Mgmt finally admits Drs don't want to sell their paper to SPIN nor the upfront equipment expense. That has been obvious and I've pointed that out zillions of times already despite mgmts claims of demand for the service. SPIN would have to go the low end of the market to sign more affiliates for paper. Duh. Unfortunately that's the main driver of earnings at this point. And Opening SPIN locations comes with all the overhead of creating a new practice. Not the best choice.

TBI. No indications for volumes or revenues. They cant cause they don't know.

Marketing..... ROFLMAO ... they admit freely their internet presence and marketing blows. DUH. Again. WTF has this mgmt been doing ??? Have had a COO on board for a year and he's basically done zero. No mention of mgmt and sales help being brought on board.

So SPIN is left with the subscription model. Presumably they can and will add here. I figured DR D wouldn't be able to tell who the new subscriber is without their permission. Par for the course. He could have probably given very generic indication of a few states and a dozen locations as example.

Anyway, no indications from mgmt of how profitability will be affected by adding subscription services.

This mgmt is about as weak as I gets. CFO is terrible.

No wonder the selling eh ? Now time to hear from the "SPIN" cycle........
