i would think they need to pull a NOBO list to get an accurate count- most shares probably in street name- the big online brokers most of our shares are with- but i would think w a full list of shareholders bunched under those street names there could be more than 500 and i think it is the NOBO list that would give full accounting. I am glad though that everything being run through an SEC attorney to mitigate any risks.
