Yes, I won't deny the luck part. Talking about luck, I recommend you reading a book called "Fooled by Randomness" by Nicholas Taleb. it's a great book about how luck can play a huge role in investing world. Yet we always undermines it.

SIAF was already cheap at $3. Between 2012 and 2014 you couldn't beat it below $3.50 with a hammer.

Usually, I don't invest in foreign market unless the margin of safety is very high. That's probably it didn't show in my stock filter during that time.

The stock dividend alone is worth close to $3.

That's one of the value that I see here.
