Just a crazy idea here. If a TD or Etrade client where to call and request his/her stock certs or at least a copy of them... how would this effect the stock. I know if I used ether of them thats wht I would do right before I closed the account and went with Scottrade. Make them send your certs on SSSU see whats really going on.
