With the correct news, 25 mil can be easily absorbed - the price only has to run to .04 for the 25 mil to easily be sold into the market without sinking the price.

Many different posters have confirmed that the A/S and O/S have not changed.

Many years ago, Joby explained to the few of us in 2012 that the A/S cannot be changed in a Shell.

For AIMH or any new incarnation, to change the A/S - as best as I understand - it must move from a Shell to a Company with actual activity.

If anyone can confirm this - it is appreciated.
