excuse my French but: Huh...What?

The value of this company to this point is a lag from the mismanagement by the previous CEO and the court filings by the plaintiff exemplify to a T this reality.

The value going forward will be a reflection of the restructuring by the new CEO. I think they are on the right tract and going forward shareholders including SV will benefit irregardless of the frivolous litigation.
