Of course there isn't a TA to confirm these numbers, and one thing is for sure, if there was any convertible debt the noteholders will NOT be able to clear it because there is no TA available to approve the conversions. (So that could be a good thing)

I wonder what TA is gonna take over? I wonder what the process is to even switch to a new TA?

Is there anyone out there that can weigh in on this process of switching and moving to a new Transfer Agent, or establishing a new Transfer Agent account?
