The likelihood of them spending it all is very remote and that's assuming it's all acquired at .20

I don't think they anticipate even spending close to that amount but in my opinion the reason for the buyback is a shot over the bow of anyone thinking they can push the share price down to where it doesn't belong by drip selling shares.

The last time they did a buyback the price was up around a buck and with hindsight that was very foolish compared to doing it at these prices.

p.s. The cash they have on hand is not a finite amount as they are bringing in more than they are spending from operations with usage of plaympe.
