I agree with you

If you make a bad business deal the government will not come and save your ass.



That is why Judge Hardy did not throw it out, or rule against it. If he had, that would have saved Baltia's ass from making a bad business deal.

On July 13, 2018, in the action entitled Logistics Air, Inc. v. Baltia Air Lines, Inc., et. al., in the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, Washoe County, CV17-01390 (the “Action”), a Default Judgment was entered by the Plaintiff against Baltia Air Lines, Inc. (the “Registrant”) and others. The plaintiff obtained a default judgment amount of $22,660,808 due to the alleged breach of a lease for four (4) Boeing 747 jet engines, plus charges, fees and interest.
