Upon completion of the audited financials and the stock is uplisted to the OTCQB, how is the price going from 0.0003 to .01? The recent 2nd quarter report indicates PNOW is generating revenue, however they need about $700,000 this year to continue its operations. The report also indicated PNOW may be target of merger or acquisition. I am long on the stock and it's good that Mr Pereira is managing his business well and wants for the shareholders to benefit. I just dont know how the share price will go from the current price to at least $.01. Thank you for your comments.
