SPRV has.two.very big.problems, well three.counting its a scam...

In SPRV's intro the sales pitch is:

"The Company conducted an all stock transaction to acquire 100% of Web To Door Corp and its wholly owned operating subsidiary, On Courier 365."

And adding:

"In 2017, On Courier 365 delivered a total of 10 million packages, and expects to deliver 10 million packages in 2018. In 2017, Web To Door Corp and On Courier 365 combined sales revenues were $15,736,687.93."

What SPRV is claiming is that it purchased two respectable, money making companies with a combined revenue of close to 16 million dollars for next to nothing, worthless paper shares. No trader is going to believe that. No company would ever be that stupid to do that.

Last, SPRV has way to many OS shares to ever go anywhere. Big R/S before anything can happen.

SPRV is a lying fakenews/media/communication entity.
