There is no doubt that Kirk has had his net worth reduced (on paper) by approx. 3 Billion. So he should still have 2 Billion left. The fact that the HALO stock has not crashed because of his selling is a good sign. If he needs funds to help out ZIOP and Intrexon I do not blame him. As an investor in those I hope that is what he is doing. It would also be nice if he bought some ZIOP in the open market !! He has to wait though pending FDA approval for ZIOP Phase 3.
