Spideyboy clear communication with shareholders is better than the tactics that the company has today.I strongly doubt that a serious buyer can offer today $300 M for the company.Previous rumors were $1.5B the proposal from Teva and $1B from Pfizer.They did not materialize, but we do not know what happened behind the closed door.Today we have a preliminary estimate of PRX-102 - $1B milestones plus the royalties. I also do not want the company to be bought in this or next year. If we see the EMA and FDA clearance and successful commercialization of PRX-102 let say $200-250 M in revenue for the second year then the company will be a good candidate for a buyout.
