people don't believe in TA when it hit the same line 10 times over.

But how many times it didn't hit though? Did you put that into consideration as well? You only look at the part where it works but ignore the part where it didn't work. TA only looks good in hindsight. Physiologists called hindsight bias. And it is a part of our evolutionary process during hunting and gathering, but not useful in investing world.
