You thought nobody does or nobody cares. But as long as they are not reporting and showing their numbers, this has no value.

That's exactly what I'm doing.



That's not exactly what you are doing. You made your own investment decisions based on some people's valuations "..was appraised at $15/share.." That's not common sense, and that's not value investing either.
